Bouzy is the cocktail-first restaurant in Hyde Park Village: brunch plates by day, dinner at night, and a Cellar that actually gives Thursday a reason to sit down. Named for the Champagne village, it is at 1640 W Snow Ave (33606).
Lunch and brunch run daily until 3pm. Martini Hour is Monday-Friday, 3-7pm (truffle popcorn at the bar). Jazz Thursdays in the Cellar use two seatings - 7:00 and 8:30 - with the full menu. Sunday is DJ Cellar Brunch. Friday and Saturday nights have a DJ at 9pm.
