An easy after-school plan in Palma Ceia. Fendig Library's children's program this week is all about collage: kids learn what the technique is and the different styles artists use.
Tuesday, Nov 3, 3 to 4 p.m., in the library's Community Room. After the quick lesson, kids practice by making their own collage cards to take home. Free. The library calendar lists it for children, and registration is recommended because space is limited (seats are first come, first served).
