Epicurean Hotel's Coffee Connoisseur class puts you in the Epicurean Theatre with Ulli Winckler, an internationally awarded coffee specialist with 38 years of experience, master roaster at Dean St. Coffee Roastery at Luminary Hotel & Co., and president of Rebel Coffee in Cape Coral. You'll cover coffee's history, varieties, and roasting methods, then work through a tasting flight of eight coffees from the rare to the exotic. A live roasting demonstration, unlimited coffee, two pastries per guest, and a personalized Coffee Connoisseur certificate are included.
