Not your usual turkey dinner. Chef Erik Youngs (the VooDoo Chef) cooks the Friendsgiving menu his family and friends wait for each year: VooDoo Bennies on everything-bagel flatbread, shrimp and grit jam, an espresso-rubbed boliche, and upside-down apple pie with barbecue ice cream. Each course is paired with 689 Wines.
