Culver's, 202 S Dale Mabry Hwy (33609): denied. City Council voted unanimously on October 8 to deny rezoning REZ-26-88 for a drive-in restaurant. The Clerk's proposed action minutes say the applicant didn't meet its burden of proof and the requested waivers weren't in harmony with the code's intent.
