The long-running Friday coffee ride, and a great excuse to see Bayshore at sunrise. Outspokin Bicycles rolls out from the shop on S Dale Mabry, cruises down Bayshore Boulevard to Davis Islands for four and a half loops of the island, then finishes at Buddy Brew Coffee on Bay to Bay, about half a mile from the shop.
Friday, Oct 30, wheels down at 7 a.m. sharp, usually at the coffee shop before 8:30. Free with RSVP on Eventbrite. It is a road bike ride of about 23.5 miles in a double paceline at around 20 mph. The line does not rotate, so shop ambassadors do the heavy lifting up front. Fill out the shop's ride waiver before you go. The ride is canceled if rain is in the forecast; check Outspokin's Instagram and Facebook stories.
