A Halloween night that actually wears the kids out. FastLab, the youth athletic training gym on S Manhattan Ave, sets up five spooky fitness challenges where parents and kids go head to head, with winners in each age group taking home a FastLab goodie basket.
Thursday, Oct 29, 6 to 8 p.m. Free with RSVP on Eventbrite. Sign-in at 6, warm-up at 6:15, challenges from 6:30, then awards and a raffle. Non-members get a free athlete assessment coupon. Costumes encouraged.
